Born and raised in the City of White Plains, I didn’t grow up in your typical hunting environment. Then again, bowhunting the suburbs isn’t an option most people consider. Growing up with two beagles, rabbit hunting was a Sunday tradition, but it wasn’t until I was 16 that I went on my first deer hunt. Deer hunting became an instant passion and two years later I picked up my first bow. Bowhunting started as a way to extend my deer season, but after arrowing my first deer in the suburbs of Connecticut I was hooked. There were no corn fields or food plots, just mansions and thin strips of cover for the deer to hide in. I became obsessed with archery and studying how the deer traveled through these tiny suburban wood lots. Filming was the next step in my outdoor progression and Team NYB followed shortly. I don’t know where this journey will take us, but the adventure will keep us coming back for more.
I was introduced into the hunting world at a very young age by the best teacher, my father. What started out as just a hobby very quickly became an absolute passion. I was born and raised in Westchester County, NY and grew up playing sports along with many other outdoor activities. I played college baseball for Concordia College where I was named All Conference Second Basemen and All North East Region Honors. After baseball I returned to my true love which is hunting. My drive and determination is what makes me a very successful hunter. Over the years I have been able to harvest a good amount of very respectable New York bucks doing it the right way and the fair way and that’s just hunting hard. The most important things in my life are family, friends, working hard, and trying to be the best at whatever I do. Now I’ve taken the next step in my hunting career to share with everyone out there what it’s like to capture the beauty of hunting on film.

The most important thing we do for our sport is introduce youth to hunting by participating in New York’s youth seasons. There’s nothing more exciting than watching a youth on their first turkey hunt and sharing their excitement as the bird works its way in, gobbling each step of the way. It’s hunts like this that ensure a future for our sport.
Ever since I can remember I have always had a passion for the outdoors. If I wasn’t hunting with my father, I was hunting with my cousins. As soon as I turned 14 years old I took my hunting and safety course along with the bow course. At the end of that weekend I was given the certificate that allowed me to hunt and become accustomed to wild life patterns and the outdoors. I have been bow hunting close to 15 years and have never regretted a single moment of it. Over the years, I have become proficient in scouting, tracking and gaining knowledge of what lies below the stand. My experiences with hunting have been nothing less than exceptional, and I hope to continue pursuing my hobby of hunting for years to come.
I was fortunate to grow up in a family rich in appreciation for the outdoors. As a kid I would spend much of my free time in the woods behind my house whether it be hiking, searching for animals, riding dirt bikes or eventually hunting. I could not wait to join my father, grandfathers and uncles on their annual hunting trips. I am proud to say I have continued the tradition of hunting in my family and have never been so passionate about pursing big game, particularly with the bow, than now. You can find me on a lake fishing in the spring and summer and in the woods hunting in the fall and winter. Basically I enjoy anything adventurous I can do outdoors including motocross, bodyboarding, wakeboarding, skiing and camping. I also love to play guitar and draw. I am a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an architect working in Westchester, New York. I currently reside in the Bronx and hunt the suburbs of southern NY and the mountains of the Catskills.
I grew up in a family that enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing, or going for long bike rides on Sundays. As a kid I would tag along with my dad and brother on rabbit hunts, and when I turned twelve I joined in on the action. It wasn’t until the end of 2008 when I finally decided to give both big game hunting and bow hunting a try. Needless to say, I won’t be stopping anytime soon! I also have a passion for bass fishing and simply can’t get enough of it. There’s something about being in the woods or out on the water that touches a primordial chord in me and satisfies my soul.
